Pastor Selwyn Arnold Jr. is the Lead Pastor of The Well Church NJ, a passionate preacher, worship leader, musician, and creative visionary committed to helping people encounter Jesus in a real and transformative way. Known for blending the power of music and the Word, Pastor Selwyn ministers with authenticity, wisdom, and a heart for discipleship, creating spaces where people can grow deeper in their faith and discover their God-given purpose.

Raised in a legacy of ministry and shaped by a deep passion for worship and evangelism from a young age, Pastor Selwyn answered the call to ministry at 17 and was ordained as a minister at 21, dedicating  his life to preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, and equipping the Church. Over the years, he has ministered internationally throughout Africa, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and across the United States, carrying a message of hope, revival, and spiritual transformation.

In addition to ministry, Pastor Selwyn is an accomplished songwriter, music producer, professor, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Seljoy Productions LLC, a Christian production company focused on resourcing ministries through worship, media, evangelism, and creative development. Alongside his wife, Michelle Arnold, he continues to impact lives through music, teaching, mentorship, and outreach initiatives that bridge creativity and faith.

Pastor Selwyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and an M.B.A., bringing a strong foundation in leadership, organizational development, and community building to both ministry and marketplace settings. Since marrying Michelle in 2008, they have faithfully served together in ministry and music, passionately pursuing their mission to lead people into deeper worship, authentic community, and lifelong discipleship.

Pastor Michelle Arnold is a passionate worship leader, speaker, creative visionary, and the Executive Pastor of The Well Church NJ, where she serves alongside her husband, Selwyn Arnold Jr.. Known for her authentic teaching style, heartfelt worship, and practical approach to leadership and discipleship, Pastor Michelle is dedicated to helping people grow spiritually, walk confidently in their purpose, and experience transformation through Christ.

An ordained minister, songwriter, music artist, and entrepreneur, Michelle has ministered through worship, speaking, and outreach initiatives both locally and internationally. Her ministry blends faith, creativity, leadership, and encouragement, with a strong passion for empowering individuals to live boldly and intentionally in every area of life.

Together with her husband, she co-leads Seljoy Productions LLC, a Christian production and entertainment company focused on worship, music, media, and creative ministry development. Through music and media, they continue to inspire people toward deeper worship, evangelism, and authentic connection with God.

Pastor Michelle is also the founder of Made to Fly, an organization dedicated to empowering dreamers, equipping entrepreneurs, and developing leaders through coaching, training, and practical resources. As a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team, she is passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Since marrying Selwyn in 2008, Pastor Michelle has faithfully served in ministry, music, leadership development, and community outreach, carrying a heart to see lives healed, empowered, and transformed through the love and presence of God.
